The robust hunting knife was specially developed for professional care of the game directly on the spot, for example, on hunting trips. The knife has a 4 mm thick, classic skinner blade made of 440 C steel combined with a piercing hook. On the back of the blade is a thumb rest to be able to place a finger slip-proof when cutting.
Due to the large arc in the front area of the 12 cm long blade, the cutting area is very large, so that in addition to domestic animal species, big game can also be cut with the PUMA IP Wild Boar if required.

The transition to the handle area is formed by a hand guard with bolsters made of nickel silver, classic stag horn was chosen for the scales. The eyelet at the end of the handle can be used to attach a safety strap. With a weight of 285 g and a total length of 23.5 cm, the PUMA IP Wild Boar is not exactly a "lightweight", but the dimensions are just right for the intended use. Included is a neatly finished leather sheath that holds the knife securely for transport. Awarded the "Golden Keiler" by Jäger magazine in 2012.
